In addition to the cozy and comfortable rooms, the Hotel Stoiser in Graz also has other places where you can relax. Namely in the hotel's own soothing wellness area. Here you can enjoy wellness treatments that invite you to indulge yourself. Recharge your batteries in a cozy atmosphere and get ready for the rest of your vacation.

Relax. Relax. Turn your gaze inwards. We all rush from there to there. But at some point we have to stop. Take a break! Recharge your batteries. Everything ticks a little slower in our sauna area. Relaxation and tranquillity take hold. That's what we call relaxation.

Finnish sauna
The refreshing and detoxifying effect of sweating in the sauna is due to the high temperature (approx. 80° to 90°C) and low humidity (up to max. 10%). You train the blood vessels in the sauna and strengthen the body's defenses. The heart and circulation are also positively influenced.

We provide sauna infusions with different fragrances. Essential oils unfold their beneficial effects and beguile the senses with their pleasant fragrances.
Steam bath
If the classic sauna is too intense for you, you can choose the "gentle" version, the steam bath. The average temperature here is between 40 and 45°C. However, the humidity is much higher and gently stimulates the circulation. In addition to relaxation, the steam bath is also highly recommended for those who value beautiful skin.
Relaxation area & heated benches
Our cozy relaxation room is equipped with relaxation loungers and invites you to unwind. The most popular spots in our relaxation area are the heated ceramic benches. A soothing warmth permeates the body, promotes blood circulation and relieves tension in the back and legs.

A feeling of security and well-being quickly sets in.
Infrared cabin
In the infrared cabin, the heat is not generated by heating the room as in a sauna or steam bath, but by infrared radiation. This radiation produces a healthy deep heat from 30°C. The resulting positive effects range from releasing tension and relieving back pain to reducing stress and strengthening the immune system.

>Thanks to its special mode of action, infrared applications can also be used to treat complaints such as rheumatism, colds or migraines.
Tepidarium
Radiant walls spread mild heat and emit a constant temperature. At around 37 to 39°C, the body sweats gently from the inside out. This improves blood flow in the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the heart muscle. The body strengthens its immune system.

The different colors of light therapy create a pleasant mood that has a stimulating and relaxing effect on body and soul. The color cycle is automatic and lasts just under 30 minutes.
